We require our REO agents to perform BPOs (Broker Price Opinions). To become an approved agent with USRES for BPO opportunities, you need to register yourself and/or your company on www.USRES.com. The Valuation Department will send your request for BPOs in your local market once matched with the zip codes you provide when registering.

USRES also assigns listing to agents that have provided BPO services for the company. When a listing is assigned we require you to be registered at a Premium or Professional level membership with www.RES.NET to facilitate that listing. This case management software offers the latest in REO technology for our agents.
